TXTBook: Fictional True-Crime Show 4 Edgy Youngsterz

"I just hope I can keep my vow...My sacred promise to myself that I would never ever solve another murder."

A teacher is found dead on the first day of school, and it’s up to the new guy to solve her murder. Why? The principal told him to.

If you're familiar with my work, you know I focus primarily on horror stories. While this new project also has its bloody moments, I think it might just be the funniest thing I've ever worked on!

Writing together for the first time in nearly a decade, Bobby Koester and I have developed a parody of modern teen drama series like Euphoria and Riverdale, though focused entirely on the teachers at a high-drama high school.

To take it an absurd step further, I personally think TXTBook is at times a parody of conventional television all-together! Characters not only break the fourth wall at times, the entire show comes with commercial breaks loaded with satirical advertisements.

The situations are dire, the characters are ridiculous, and the presentation is as deliberately unprofessionally as possible.

Give the show a read (my suggestion would be to read outloud with friends), and if you have as good a time as I think you'll have, SHARE SHARE SHARE!
